How to Order Custom Cosmetic Glass Bottles: Samples, Decoration and MOQ
Share
Most beauty brands do not need a brand-new bottle to look unique. A stock glass bottle with the right color, logo, closure and box can look fully custom, without the cost and time of developing a new mold. This guide walks through how a custom order works with MIOPACKS, from choosing the bottle to repeat orders, and what to send us for an accurate quote.
1. Choose a stock bottle or a custom mold
Start with a stock format whenever you can: a bottle, jar, dropper, pump or spray bottle that already exists in the capacity you need. Browse our perfume bottles, dropper bottles, lotion pump bottles, cosmetic jars and roll-on bottles.
If the bottle shape itself is part of your brand, we can develop a custom mold from your drawing or a reference bottle. Capacity and neck finish are fixed on the drawing and confirmed on trial samples.
2. Choose the decoration
- Screen printing – your logo printed in one or more colors.
- Hot stamping – gold, silver or colored foil for a premium logo.
- Spray coating and gradients – solid colors or gradients matched to your Pantone reference, as on 30/50/100ml Black Gradient Square Glass Perfume Bottle with Black and Gold Cap (PF-0019) and 5/10ml Purple Gradient Slim Glass Roll-On Bottle with Purple Cap (RO-0008).
- Frosting – acid-frosted or sand-blasted glass for a soft matte look, as on 5-100g Frosted Round Glass Cream Jar with Rose Gold Lid (JA-0015).
- Electroplated caps – shiny gold, brushed silver or matte caps to match the bottle.
- Labels – the simplest option for small runs or many scent and color variants.
3. Match the closure
Droppers, pumps, sprayers, caps and roll-on fitments are matched to the bottle neck. The neck finish, the closure and its color are fixed on the approved sample, so bottle and closure fit the same way in bulk production.
4. Approve a sample
We prepare stock or custom samples. Fill them with your own formula, check the fit, leakage and compatibility, then approve the bottle, closure, color and logo. Bulk production follows the approved sample.
5. Quotation and minimum order
Our minimum order is 1,000 pieces per model. The quotation confirms the color, decoration, closures and packing for each model. Planning a first launch on a tighter budget? See how to plan a workable first order.
6. Packing and boxes
Bottles are packed in divided cartons for export, or in printed paper boxes with inserts sized to the bottle and set. Box printing is confirmed on a proof.
7. Repeat orders
Repeat orders start from your approved sample, so the color, closure and print stay the same batch after batch. Tell us the previous order or sample reference, the quantity and any changes.

Can I see the bottle before ordering?
Yes. We send samples before bulk production, and bulk production follows the approved sample.
What is the minimum order?
