MIOPACKS supplies cosmetic glass bottles, jars and matching closures to beauty brands. Our Guangzhou team handles quotation, samples, quality control and export, while bottles are produced, decorated and packed at our partner factories in China.

How We Work

From Sample to Shipment

Every stage has a customer checkpoint, so you know what is confirmed before the order moves on. Production, decoration and packing take place at our partner factories; our Guangzhou team follows each stage and reports back to you.

    Inquiry & Quotation

    Tell us the product, capacity, quantity and finish. We match bottles and closures and quote price, MOQ and lead time.

    Samples

    Stock samples, or custom samples with your color, logo and closure, so you can check the real bottle before ordering.

    Customer checkpoint: Approve the sample: bottle, closure, color and logo.

    Specs & Order Confirmation

    Bottle, neck finish, closure, artwork and packing are fixed in the proforma invoice before production starts.

    Customer checkpoint: Confirm the PI, artwork and payment terms.

    Production & Decoration

    Glass forming and annealing, then printing, coating or frosting at our partner factories. Our Guangzhou team follows up on every stage.

    Inspection

    Dimensions, neck finish, closure fit and decoration are checked against the approved sample before packing.

    Customer checkpoint: Inspection photos and report against the approved sample.

    Packing & Shipping

    Divided cartons, palletized and wrapped, loaded into the container with shipping documents prepared.

    Customer checkpoint: Packing list, B/L and tracking. EXW, FOB or CIF.

Lead times depend on the bottle, decoration and quantity, and are confirmed in the quotation. Repeat orders start from your approved sample.
